This is my favorite cocktail bar in the entire world. They give you a welcome drink when you arrive, which is nice.
The service is always great. Drinks are fantastic and the mixed nuts are a nice accompaniment.
When I am in London, I always stop in a few times.
My favorite is the Army-Navy. -

Came on a recommendation that the place was a long held secret spot but upon arrival a pretty clear sign was pointing from the adjacent hotel as well as over the door itself. Once inside, it was empty but for one other patron and the space felt oddly well lit so the ambience is somewhat confusing.
The menu is where LR makes up ground - diverse and innovative (and expensive!), we went w the penicillin and toreador, both made expertly. Service was friendly (our server enthusiastically discussed w us the speakeasies in nyc that he liked that we knew), which compensated for the otherwise lack of much intimacy in the space.
Probably would pass on a follow up visit as there are so many other like places that score stronger on execution. -

Such a fun find! The cocktail menu has a bunch of unique choices and the entrance is very inconspicuous. The drinks were great! I loved the Prince of Whales cocktail

Experience the evolution of the mixed drink at this elegant bar and enjoy cocktails crafted by bartenders at the top of their profession. Wonderful, friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The best.

Stayed at the Marriott for a spring break trip to London. Visited the Luggage Room for one night, beautiful space, attentive and refined service paired with some very interesting cocktail choices. We spent the evening in a cozy little corner.
